Dual Degree Application Requirements

Application for a Dual MPH degree requires the following items:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Copy of MSU Graduate School Application for Graduate Study* from dual degree program
  • Official copy of transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended from dual degree program**
  • Letter of recommendation from dual degree program advisor
  • Copies of 3 Letters of Recommendation from dual degree program
  • Personal essay describing interest/experience in public health discipline and career goals
  • Resume or c.v.

* Current MSU Veterinary and medical students must complete the Graduate School Application for Graduate Study.

** MSU Medical students must submit original transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended.
